How Can I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email notification with a tracking number so you can track the status of your order. If you do not receive your order within 10 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@relaxya.com with your name and order number so we can address your issue.
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, as long as the item has not been used and is in its original condition. The refund will be made for the full value of the order, minus the shipping costs for the return. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@relaxya.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.
